In the context of the pandemic and sanctions, many Western companies have left the freight forwarding services market. The vacant places were occupied by domestic players, but new players and new technologies require technological tools for their implementation The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of a freight forwarding company.
