Strategy of Launching a New Brand on the European Brokerage Market: Development of Strategic Marketing Solutions

The work is devoted to the study of the process of developing strategic marketing solutions for the successful launch of the new EARN Broker brand on the brokerage services market in Europe. The first chapter discusses the theoretical aspects of strategic marketing solutions and methods of their development, including analysis of the external and internal environment, methods of segmentation, targeting and positioning. The second chapter analyzes the activities of the EARN Broker company, including its main characteristics, financial indicators and identification of weaknesses. In the third chapter, based on the conducted research of the market and the external environment, a strategy for the company's entry into the brokerage services market in Europe is being developed. A marketing strategy aimed at attracting customers through digital channels is proposed, and the prospects for the development of the industry are also considered. In conclusion, it is concluded that it is necessary to develop comprehensive strategic marketing solutions for successful implementation in a competitive market.
