Strategic Transformation of Company(s) in Conditions of Uncertainty

This study sets itself the task of conducting an overview of the corporate market in the Russian Federation, considering current trends in strategic transformation and assessing the stages of transformation of large companies. Then, using the example of a real corporation in the Russian Federation, the format for implementing the transformation strategy in domestic companies is examined in order to assess the results achieved. Thus, a comparison will be made of the theoretical presentation of transformation and real cases of its implementation. Company reports as well as data from special studies are used as a source of data. A strategic analysis of the company is carried out using several tools. The key conclusion is that modern companies in the Russian Federation do not always achieve their transformation goals, or achieve them incompletely
