Digital Platform Dobro.RF as a Tool for Supporting State Policy in the Field of Stimulating Volunteering and Social Activism: Current Status and Prospects

Volunteering is attracting more and more interest every year, both from the government and the public at large. The existing opportunities and further potential to create more and more volunteer involvement is now in the application of digital technologies. The aim of this paper is to analyse the Dobro RF platform that specialises in volunteer projects. The analysis will identify the main factors that can improve the performance in attracting new volunteers to the projects. This study considers international experience in the application of digital platforms to attract volunteers, also conducted expert interviews and analysed the Dobro RF platform based on foreign research. Based on the results, recommendations are given that are important to implement in order to increase the potential for volunteer recruitment.
