The aim of the research is to develop and implement a domestic integration bus capable of replacing foreign analogs, ensuring the necessary level of integration of internal and external systems and applications in B2B and B2G segments. In the first chapter of the FQW, a literature review and analysis of existing solutions are conducted. The concept and architecture of the integration bus, its functions, and advantages over direct integrations are considered. The developer company "Company I," its experience, and the prerequisites for creating the product are analyzed. The relevance of developing a domestic solution in the context of sanctions and political challenges that stimulate import substitution in Russia is noted. The second chapter describes the product requirements using "Company X" as an example, which acts as the customer. The company's tasks are examined, and the requirements for the integration bus in terms of functionality, reliability, security, usability, and support are formed. A market and competitor analysis is also provided, demonstrating free niches for domestic solutions and the advantages of Russian developments. The third chapter is devoted to the process of implementing the integration bus in "Company X." The implementation stages are described: planning, gathering, and clarifying requirements, designing the target solution, developing and deploying the product, pilot operation, and support. The results of the implementation are presented, including increased profits, improved productivity, and product usability. The FQW emphasizes the importance of creating domestic integration solutions for Russian companies, ensuring independence from foreign technologies, enhancing security, and optimizing business processes.
