The structure of the work is presented in three chapters, in which the research tasks are consistently solved. The first chapter is devoted to theoretical and general research issues. The second and third chapters are analytical in nature and describe the systemic level of the problem under study, as well as the level of state interaction between the two countries. The novelty of the study in analyzing the dynamics of bilateral relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of the Ukrainian crisis lies in the fact that it is important to trace how relations have changed under the influence of changes in international relations.
