The political crisis in Venezuela, which caused one of the most massive migration exoduses of the 21st century, attracted the attention of the world community. The European Union has not become an exception, making efforts to resolve this problem by creating conditions for negotiations between the Maduro administration and opposition forces, as well as providing humanitarian assistance to immigrants from the Bolivarian Republic. The study reveals the main changes in the EU's approach to the Venezuela and the role of the United States in this process.
