Development of Digital Services for Interaction Between Agro-industrial Enterprises in Order to Increase the Efficiency of the Procurement and Logistics Process

The work uses the development of digital services within the business ecosystem for the interaction of agro-industrial companies, as well as for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of key procurement processes and logistics of the analyzed company. The first chapter examines the concept of a digital platform and its classification, indicates the level of digital development of the agro-industrial complex, and conducts a comparative analysis of existing digital platforms. The second chapter provides a description of the Company on the basis of which the digital platform is being developed, its business model is considered, an analysis of the target audience of the future is carried out using in-depth interviewing, a swot analysis is generated, risks are identified and existing processes are described. The third chapter outlines the requirements and provides a layered IT architecture of the digital platform, taking into account the IT entities already existing in the Company and those being implemented. The current and target business process is described, and a solution for optimizing logistics operations is described. The results of the completed final qualifying work have practical application in the ongoing project of Company X.
