arttruck is a curatorial public art project that will run for several months. It involves collaboration with several artists and cultural institutions as well as urban clusters. As part of the project, the body of the EVM PRO electric truck provided by the general partner has been replaced with a transparent box. Public art is first and foremost an actual form of art. Public art transforms everyday life, i.e. the viewer is confronted with the effect of inducing action, thought, interaction. Changing the context of intervention in public art can lead to a change in the meaning and interpretation of the artwork, affecting its perception from different perspectives. Moving public art from one intervention context to another inevitably changes its artistic characteristics, and they can determine the new meaning of the work and its aesthetic potential. Therefore, the main idea of the arttruck project becomes the mobility of the exhibition medium within the urban environment, which allows changing the context of intervention and producing new site-specific works.
