The main aim of this work is to develop an analytical solution for supply chain management using the example of the company PepsiCo. The relevance of this research topic is determined by the fact that analytical solutions in logistics are becoming increasingly in demand in the modern world. With the development of technology and the increase in the volume of data, companies are increasingly in need of analytical tools to make informed decisions. Analytical solutions allow companies to optimize their processes, improve the quality of customer service, and increase the overall efficiency of their operations. PepsiCo is one of the largest producers of beverages and food products in the world. It has a complex supply chain that includes production, transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. The development of an analytical solution is being carried out within the framework of the business unit Russia, but this solution can be replicated by other business units, and for a company of this scale, it can have a significant impact on its business processes and financial results. The object of this study is the company PepsiCo, one of the largest producers of beverages and food products in the world. The company has a complex supply chain that includes production, transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. The subject of the study is the development of an analytical solution in logistics using information systems. Within the framework of this topic, it will be considered how the use of information systems can help optimize the business processes in the logistics of the company PepsiCo.
