Comparative Analysis of E-justice Markets in Russia and the USA

Every year, the legal technology market plays a more prominent role in the automation and digitalization process of corporations and government agencies. On the one hand, the growth of importance occurs worldwide according to the current demand and market opportunities of countries. On the other hand, the comparison of the stages of development between the leading countries in terms of the number of developments - Russia and the United States - remains an urgent and unexplored topic. This task is complicated due to differences in the regulatory frameworks of countries, cultural characteristics and the current state of economies. Thus, the main goal of this paper is to compare the legal technology markets of Russia and the United States by studying the impact of key factors on market growth using a set of research methods, including the use of econometric modeling and qualitative analysis.
