The paper is based on the activities of the Ozon Global directorate of the Ozon marketplace, the dysfunctions associated with it, and opportunities for increasing the efficiency of the directorate and its logistics network. The practical significance of the paper lies in the development of specific actions to improve the efficiency of the Ozon Global directorate, based on the reconfiguration of the logistics network based on a simulation modeling tool, the reconfiguration of the organizational management structure, the development of a system for motivating and controlling 3PL providers based on the carrier management matrix, as well as the creation of a tool for selection of TN VED codes (HS codes) based on artificial intelligence attributes.
