Elaboration of the Development Strategy of the Company "Questdoors"

In today's rapidly changing market conditions, the development of an effective growth strategy is crucial for the success and long-term sustainability of the company. This study is aimed at studying several areas of the development strategy of the company «Questdoors», a manufacturer of interior doors and components. A comprehensive study of the current position of «Questdoors» in the interior door manufacturing market has revealed the main problems faced by the company in a highly competitive environment. An analysis of the market of interior door manufacturers was carried out, including a study of competitors, strengths and weaknesses, as well as market changes affecting the company's activities. An analysis of economic and political changes within the country and around the world was also carried out, which undoubtedly influenced the activities of the manufacturing company. Based on the analysis, the key strategic directions for the development of «Questdoors» were formulated. These include diversifying production processes, expanding the company's sales market and customer base. As a result of the research, specific practical recommendations were formulated for «Questdoors» aimed at improving its competitiveness and the efficiency of business processes.
