The final qualifying work focuses on the study of the reliability indicators of the navigation system of an unmanned aerial vehicle. In the course of this work, theoretical information on the principles of ensuring and enhancing the reliability of on-board electronic equipment was studied, including the impact of thermal and electrical loads on electronic components. Software packages for automated reliability analysis of technical systems were compared. Computer modeling skills were acquired using the ASONIKA-K-SCH software package in order to assess the reliability of the navigation unit based on the reliability characteristics of its components and the conditions of their use. The results of the calculations of reliability under the nominal operating conditions of the unit, taking into account the actual physical parameters obtained through simulation are presented. The results obtained demonstrate the significance of a comprehensive approach to assessing reliability indicators and emphasize the necessity of implementing for structural adjustments to the unit's composition in order to ensure the desired level of dependability. The proposed changes enable an increase the probability of trouble-free operation of the unit and reduce the operational failure rate to the required level during the product design stage.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.
