Securitization of Digital Financial Assets

This paper examines the process of securitization of digital financial assets. The analysis encompasses an evaluation of the fundamental aspects of securitization in the context of digital assets, such as cryptocurrencies and digital tokens. Key stages of the securitization process, peculiarities of asset selection for securitization, and their structuring are discussed. Additionally, trends and challenges faced by market participants in securitizing digital assets are analyzed. The findings contribute significantly to understanding contemporary financial innovations and their impact on the development of digital asset markets and financial technologies
