Efficient Strategy of Digital Platforms' Development in Retail, Cross Country Comparison

This paper examines effective strategies for the development of digital platforms in retail, with a focus on the comparative analysis of Russian and international experience on the example of Ozon and Amazon. The study aims to identify the key factors influencing the success of digital platforms in different regions. The analysis considers such aspects as the use of advanced technologies, logistics management, consumer orientation and flexibility in adapting to local markets. The research identifies common elements of successful strategies applicable to both Russian and international retailers. The conclusions and recommendations presented in the paper can be used to develop and improve the strategies of digital platforms, contributing to sustainable growth and increasing the competitiveness of companies in the global market.
