Government Support Measures for the Construction and Real Estate Industry in Countries with Significant Government Regulations

This paper examines and analyses the three main types of state support measures for the real estate and construction market applied in Russia. The analysis is conducted from the point of view of their effectiveness as well as the negative consequences of their excessive application. For the purposes of the analysis, parallels are drawn with a country that is similar (as proven in the study) in its history, economy and real estate market - China.
