Features of the Post-2022 Global Rare Earth Metals Market Transformation

The 2022 conflict in Ukraine has led to major changes in the economy and global security. The rare earth metals industry is known for its dependance on political measures and at the same time is an important industry for security. This article analyses the types of rare earth metals, their distribution in nature and application in various industries. The work collects data on the main manufacturers of REM, the role of players in the REM market and what impact they have on the global market. There were statistical methods applied in order to find the relationships between the development of the REM market and other economic indicators.
