As a result of the study, based on a review of the literature and global digital ecosystems, a taxonomy of digital ecosystems was adapted, and a sustainability index (DESIn) was developed, which was applied to industry leaders – the Russian companies Yandex and VK and the South Korean Kakao. And the impact of DESIn index indicators on the value of digital ecosystems is demonstrated through financial modeling.
