Digitalization of EdTech Product Management Based on Flexible Methodologies

In the world of information technology, the dynamics of rapid development is inevitable: trends are changing, principles are changing, and company leaders need to respond promptly to these changes. The introduction of flexible product development management methodologies in companies contributes to more effective management of IT products. The educational services industry, in particular EdTech companies, is no exception. This research is aimed at digitalizing the process of developing the product functionality of an EdTech product using flexible methodologies. The structure of the work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references, and appendices. In the first chapter of this work, the trends defining the modern educational services market, the description of the object of research and the problems of the current process of developing new functionality are considered. The requirements of key stakeholders are identified and methodologies that meet these requirements are considered. The assessment of the company's readiness to apply flexible approaches has been carried out. In the second chapter, the AS IS and TO BE processes for developing new functionality are modeled. The technologies and tools currently in use and meeting the requirements for TO BE are considered. An overview is given and the choice of software is justified using the hierarchy analysis method. The third chapter is devoted to describing the model of transition to targeted business processes, applying the developed approach to the real project of developing a test module, as well as evaluating the economic effect of digitalization in practice. The work contains 95 pages, 24 tables, 39 figures, 1 appendix, 51 sources of information were used.
