In international commercial arbitration the process of proving, as well as the work with evidence is of special importance, because it largely determines the outcome of the dispute - it is at this stage that the parties submit to the arbitral tribunal confirmations of the stated arguments in order to convince the arbitrators in the correctness of their position. In this regard, the author of the dissertation research devoted his work to certain issues of particular importance related to evidence and proof in international commercial arbitration, in particular: the burden and standards of proof, regulation and peculiarities of certain types of evidence.
