The process of calculating the cost of building a house is the initial stage of the life cycle of every construction project. In order to make a preliminary estimate it is necessary to consult with a representative of the company, after which the calculation takes on average another 7 working days, most companies charge a fee for this service and expert consultation, which significantly reduces the effectiveness of interaction with customers. This paper will present a developed method aimed at introducing an intelligent system for calculating the cost of building a house in the customer's company, based on additional training of ready-made neural networks using datasets developed on the basis of past projects of the company, which will allow to calculate the preliminary cost of the project online in minimum time without involving the company's employees. The main goal of the work is to create a convenient and effective tool for customers and builders to automate the process of calculating the cost of house construction, in the form of a multi-page web service with an intelligent online cost calculator. Further areas of development in this subject area may include expanding the functionality of the portal, adding new features to take into account various factors, as well as integration with other information systems to improve efficiency and usability. The paper was 53 pages, 15 figures, 2 appendices and 25 sources of literature.
