Abstract for final qualifying work Topic: “Legal regulation of the provision of medical care using telemedicine technologies.” The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters divided into paragraphs, a conclusion and a list of sources used. Key words: telemedicine, telemedicine technologies, legal regulation. The object of the study is public relations in the field of medical care using telemedicine technologies. The subject of the study is the rules of law regulating the specifics of providing medical care using telemedicine technologies. The purpose of the study is to analyze the features and problems of legal regulation of the provision of medical care using telemedicine technologies. The objectives of the study include studying the history of the development of legal regulation of telemedicine in Russia and foreign countries. Consideration of the use of telemedicine technologies in various areas of healthcare. A study of the regulatory regulation of remote care technologies in the Russian Federation and foreign countries, as well as the procedure and principles for the protection of personal data in the provision of medical services using telemedicine technologies. Analysis of features of identifying and informing patients. Consideration of telemedicine software and security. Determining the benefits, risks and issues of legal regulation of telemedicine. Research of regulatory barriers to the use of telemedicine and analysis of experimental legal regimes as an opportunity to remove regulatory barriers. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic. The first chapter examines the historical and legal aspects of the development of telemedicine in Russia and foreign countries. The second chapter discusses the practical aspects of the use of telemedicine in Russia. Protection of personal data, identification, informing patients, features of prescribing and adjusting treatment within the framework of telemedicine care. The third chapter discusses the problems of using telemedicine in Russia and possible ways to solve them. The conclusion is devoted to a generalization of the analysis of the problems of legal regulation of the provision of medical care using telemedicine technologies.
