This paper examines the optimization of fresh food transportation in the Ozon Fresh business unit, which is managed by Internet Solutions LLC. Since the modern consumer basket increasingly consists of fresh products, dairy and bakery products, logistics efficiency is becoming paramount for enterprises in this niche. The research is aimed at improving transportation processes to ensure the freshness and quality of products, thereby increasing competitiveness and economic efficiency. The restructuring of transport processes at Ozon Fresh means a fundamental shift in the direction of bringing logistics operations in line with changing market requirements. By implementing innovative solutions adapted to the unique requirements for the transportation of fresh goods, enterprises can effectively cope with the complexities inherent in this sector. In addition, the economic rationale for the proposed innovations serves as an important confirmation of their potential impact on profits, reinforcing business arguments in favor of investments in logistics optimization. By increasing the efficiency and transparency of transportation operations, organizations can not only meet the increasingly demanding expectations of consumers, but also open up new opportunities for growth. The study highlights the broader importance of optimizing logistics to create a competitive environment in the fresh goods market. In an era characterized by continuous digital transformation and changing consumer preferences, businesses must actively adapt their transportation strategies to stay one step ahead of the competition. Whether it is the use of advanced technological solutions, the introduction of sustainable transport practices, or the establishment of strategic partnerships throughout the supply chain, the pursuit of logistics excellence is becoming a defining condition for success in today's market. Optimizing the transportation of fresh products within the Ozon Fresh business unit is not just a tactical task, but a strategic imperative to overcome the complexities of a modern consumer-oriented economy. By prioritizing efficiency, transparency and innovation in transportation operations, businesses can not only meet the growing demands of consumers, but also open up new opportunities for growth and competitive differentiation. As we move towards logistics optimization, the true measure of success lies in the ability to adapt, innovate, and ultimately thrive in an increasingly dynamic and interconnected market.
