In conditions of market competition, diversity of applied corporate strategies, mergers and acquisitions, representatives of manufacturing companies in the agro-industrial sector strive to improve their own, controlled distribution networks. To increase operational efficiency, manufacturing companies and agricultural holdings are forced to optimize the use of available resources and look for ways to reduce costs. In this regard, one of the key tasks of logistics becomes the optimization of the company’s logistics infrastructure, which often entails a revision of the existing distribution system. The paper outlines an approach to reorganizing the logistics network using the example of a manufacturing company in the agro-industrial sector PJSC Cherkizovo Group using the Llamasoft optimization modeling tool.
