The global landscape presents significant opportunities and also complex obstacles for global expansion. Communication is a vital but often overlooked factor. The aim of this study was to create a thorough communication optimisation strategy to enable ABC Containers Pvt. Ltd. to achieve successful global expansion. To achieve this objective, three different strategies were used. Chapter 1 conducted an analysis of the company's operations, pinpointing inefficient communication between company representatives and international customers as the main problem using root cause analysis. In Chapter 2, the attention shifted towards middle management, specifically exploring the internal communication channels and utilizing evidence-based management (EBM) principles. Through the utilization of interpretive structural modelling (ISM), this analysis has identified cultural sensitivity training and communication analytics as essential elements for achieving success. Chapter 3 transformed the strategy into a tangible action plan along with a financial budgeting plan, delineating crucial steps for efficient execution. The study identified five crucial areas for enhancement: training on cultural sensitivity, analysis and reporting of communication, performance management with a focus on communication, standardized protocols and templates, and user-friendly technologies. By giving priority to these fundamental components and resolving communication obstacles, ABC Containers can establish a more streamlined and culturally sensitive communication experience, which will drive them towards accomplishing their objectives of global expansion. This study successfully devised a strategy for ABC Containers to enhance communication with their international clients in order to expand internationally.
