In today's labor market, human resource management plays one of the key roles in ensuring competitiveness and sustainable business development. High efficiency of HR processes not only helps to increase productivity and improve employee motivation, but also creates a healthy corporate culture, which, in turn, contributes to attracting, developing and retaining talent in the company. In recent years, the importance of HR for business has increased significantly due to the increasing competition for qualified professionals in the labor market. With the development of digital technologies, new opportunities are opening up for businesses to optimize and automate key HR processes.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
