The paper reveals approaches to ensuring the national security policy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in a changing foreign and domestic political context. The author identifies key trends in these contexts and transfers to them the actions that have become the external expression of the KSA's national security policy in 2015-2023. As a result, the author concludes that the changing structure of international relations in the world, the transformation of the balance of power in the region on the one hand, and, at the same time, the renewal of the institutional and ideological basis of the KSA's policy on the other hand, have led to the KSA's policy becoming more a) multi-vector, b) rigid, and c) cooperation-oriented.
