The graduation thesis includes research on the application of additive technologies and artificial intelligence in production processes, identifying trends and prospects in the SME segment, as well as key challenges and opportunities. The thesis evaluated the bottlenecks in using innovations in production processes using an example of an SME company, identified growth drivers, and barriers. Using candle production as a case study, a business cycle analysis was conducted, including the production process, the target audience was assessed, and promotion strategies and marketing tools were formulated. The result of the thesis was the development of practical recommendations for implementing additive technologies and artificial intelligence into the company. The assessment of financial and operational results confirmed the effectiveness of implementing recommendations and their importance for achieving the company's competitive advantage and increasing profits.
