In recent years, there has been a revolution in the field of generative neural network models and so-called “weak” artificial intelligence. This, as a result of a chain reaction, leads to the application of algorithms in companies that achieve scale and support from these government agencies, which generates interest in this area. This interest has seen a consistently low share of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) contributions to the country's gross domestic product (GDP). SMEs in Russia have their own specifics: most of them are engaged in trade or provision of services, and the nature of their activities is more reminiscent of handicraft production. However, with the advent of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, and, most importantly, their commoditization, new opportunities for growth and scaling are opening up for SMEs. This is a new age in developing businesses, where the use of advanced technologies can significantly improve the efficiency and competitiveness of companies. The company discussed in this work is one of the leading representatives of medium-sized businesses, which is active in developments and tasks that meet the requirements of today and tomorrow. However, they differ in complexity.
