The issue of reforming the United Nations (UN) has become increasingly relevant in the context of global changes in international relations and new challenges facing the international system of security and cooperation. This research focuses on analyzing the evolution of Russia's approaches to UN reform, taking into account the changing geopolitical realities, international law, and domestic political processes within Russia itself. The study aims to identify the key factors that determine the Russian Federation's position on UN reform, including economic, political, and social aspects, as well as international obligations and Russia's strategic interests on the world stage.
