Digital transformation today is one of the most effective ways of organizing business activities, especially in the banking sector, as banks are in fact the main driver of innovation in society - it is from banks that technological innovations penetrate society. The main technologies that are driving today's digital transformation are big data, blockchain and artificial intelligence. Spanish banks have been actively adopting these technologies over the past few years, primarily to improve the efficiency of transactional work. However, it is not clear exactly which technologies are prioritized by Spanish banks, and what are the direct benefits of the current stage of digital transformation in Spain. Therefore, this paper will analyze the main trends and digital transformation of banks in Spain, by analyzing multiple sources, as well as designing a model for bankruptcy and churn rate.
