Also, a solution has been proposed to optimize the organizational structure and processes. The negative factors affecting the company's activities were identified as a result of the analysis and diagnosis of the PS condition. Thanks to the questionnaires and interviews of stakeholders and project team members, up-to-date data on the processes taking place in HR records management were obtained and digitized, the workload of personnel and the potential for optimization were assessed. According to the action plan, at the moment the transformation is in the third stage, a number model is being developed, linked to business processes and the number and FOT are being optimized. The planned completion date for the transformation is September 2024. Based on the results of the project, a re-calculation of the economic effect will be carried out, which will take into account the costs of implementation and a comparison of potential and real indicators obtained by the company. If the preliminary calculations and hypotheses of the pilot project are confirmed, it is planned to transfer the remaining non-core functions for the organization to the CSO, making it multidisciplinary.
