International Market Entry Strategy Development (The Case of Turkish Company ABC Deterjan In Russia)

This study examines the market entry strategy development of a Turkish company, ABC Detrjan, in the Russian market. With a focus on the dynamic and challenging environment of international business, the research investigates the selection and implementation of entry modes by ABC Detrjan to penetrate the Russian market successfully. The theoretical framework integrates concepts of market entry strategies, foreign market commitment, and decision-making processes in international business. Through a case study approach, utilizing primary and secondary data sources, the study analyzes ABC Detrjan's strategic decision-making process and the factors influencing its market entry strategy in Russia. The findings contribute to the existing literature on market entry strategies and offer practical insights for companies seeking to expand into foreign markets, particularly in Russia.
