This thesis explores practical and theoretical aspects essential for defining the concept and minimum viable product (MVP) in digital product management. The study identifies the core product objective: to facilitate users in organizing meetings with acquaintances, colleagues, or friends seamlessly. Key performance indicators (KPIs) and an NSM metric were proposed for product health evaluation. Use cases were developed, and MVP key features were identified using the Kano model. A product management model was described alongside a business model incorporating competitor monetization strategies. Three monetization models were selected for the soft-MVP launch targeting loyal users.
