Educational Programme: Digital Product Management (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2024

This work represents a study on the development of a digital product in the leisure organization sector, with a focus on project investment evaluation and risk analysis. The discounted cash flow (DCF) model was applied in this study to conduct a thorough analysis of the investment value of the digital product over a multi-year range. By using this model, all financial aspects of the project were taken into account, allowing for the determination of its profitability and potential for investment. The risk analysis was conducted to identify and evaluate potential threats associated with the launch and subsequent promotion of the product. The study identified key risks in the development of a digital product, such as business risks, technical risks, content risks, and risks related to user experience. To effectively manage these risks, models for reducing the probability and impact of these risks on the success of the product's launch and subsequent development were developed. These models helped determine the most rational strategies for minimizing risks and managing them at each stage of the product's lifecycle.
