Development of a Digital Platform for the Sports Industry: Project Effectiveness Assessment and Risk Analysis

This work consists of two chapters: The first chapter involves data collection from open sources and analysis of data obtained during group work. Project requirements were analyzed, development stages and timelines were assessed, and potential risks associated with project implementation were evaluated. Preparatory calculations were made to assess the tax base, labor costs, and other significant indicators. The second chapter focuses on practical aspects of project investment attractiveness analysis through the implementation of a financial model based on discounted cash flow analysis approach, as well as risk assessment when introducing the product to the market.
