Phenomenon of the Congruence in the Structure of Yoga Practitioners' Experiences in Interaction with Others

In the article the author considers the phenomenon of congruence in the structure of experiences of yoga practitioners in interaction with other people. The article highlights the role of yoga in human development, maturity and health support. The author emphasizes that congruence is an important stage in human development, and yoga is the oldest heritage of mankind, which contains invaluable wisdom. The author concludes that yoga is an ancient holistic path of human development that assists the individual in achieving psychological maturity, congruence, self-understanding and unlocking one's potential.
