Marketing Strategy for Launching a Digital Product to Improve Customer Experience in the Entertainment Industry

This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the process of creating a marketing strategy for a chat bot that helps gather friends. The study was directed to the exploration of historical data on promotions. The purpose of the research is to identify the strategic and operational factors that ensure a successful launch and effective market penetration. Particular attention is paid to understanding the needs of target audiences, selecting technology partners, and the need for periodic analysis and adjustment of strategies in response to changes in market conditions. The results of the research highlight the importance of creating flexible marketing strategies capable of effectively responding to dynamic market changes.
