Study of a Model of Heterogenous Industry

The work is devoted to the study of the Asplund-Noke heterogeneous industry model and the study of the impact of exogenous shocks on the industry. The paper analyzes the original model, introduces additional prerequisites that allow computer simulations and adaptations to speed up calculations. The problems of empirical estimation of model parameters are investigated. An empirical assessment of the obtained model is carried out according to the data of the wine production market.
