ESG initiatives are becoming increasingly innovative in business and finance sectors. Investors and users prefer socially responsible companies that pay attention to environmental issues. Technology companies that ignore these factors risk losing customers and losing qualified specialists. Social responsibility of brands becomes a key factor for consumers, and company employees who do not care about their people, the environment and society can influence the reputation and the brand image of the company. High-tech workers are often face with environmental issues and problems associated with the production of companies and the use of their products, moreover, compete with young professionals focused on working in companies with high corporate social responsibility.
