The article discusses the market of virtual assistants and chatbots, which is actively developing and covers work with text, voice, and video. Both simple solutions and complex systems with artificial intelligence are in demand. Analysts pay little attention to this segment of the IT market due to its youth and the use of technologies from other brands. However, virtual assistants find application in almost all spheres of life, making our lives easier and solving routine tasks. In the process of preparing the final work, an idea for creating a digital product to improve user experience in the entertainment sector was developed. An ambiguous user need was discovered, for which a virtual assistant (chatbot) was chosen. The product architecture was built, a monetization model was selected, and a marketing strategy was developed.
