Changes of socio-economic character in the period after March 2022 have affected almost all areas of life, creating both problems and difficulties, as well as new prospects and opportunities. All of them affected, to a greater extent, the business sector, including the advertising and digital markets. In this regard, marketers should explore new methods and approaches in the market to determine the optimal strategy for interacting with their audience. These changes have led to a significant increase in the interest of Russians in purchasing real estate abroad and the emergence of great competition in this market. How can companies attract attention to themselves in such a dynamic situation and successfully compete in the foreign real estate market? What are the trends in digital marketing in 2024? What are the specifics of promoting foreign real estate using digital marketing tools? These are all questions worth answering in this study. The purpose of this study is to develop recommendations for optimizing the promotion system of the real estate agency CMM Investment Group based on the study of digital marketing tools. The empirical object of the study is the CMM Investment Group Agency. Subject of the study: The use of digital marketing tools to promote a foreign real estate agency, taking into account limited digital resources.
