Digital Product Development in GiftTech: Audience Research and Identificationof uncovered Customer Needs

This graduate work describes the purpose of the research question, the description of the product audience research stage, conducting interviews, and analyzing the information obtained. The main goal is to form a point of view on user needs and identify insights for generating ideas. The paper also presents steps necessary to achieve the set goals, such as describing personas, forming a customer journey map, empathy map, identifying insights, and compiling. The results of the entire work were carefully elaborated, analyzed, and taken into account, which helped successfully complete this project.
