Legal regulation of innovative models of drug supply in Russia, France, and Spain plays an important role in ensuring accessibility and effectiveness of pharmaceuticals for patients. All three countries have different approaches to legal regulation, including risk-sharing agreements, Contrat de Bon Usage (CBU), and state pricing regulation programs for drugs. The aim of these measures is to stimulate innovation in the pharmaceutical industry and ensure accessibility of innovative drugs for patients. Further development and improvement in this area require joint efforts from governments, the pharmaceutical industry, and other stakeholders.
