The graduation qualification work is aimed at studying, analyzing, and developing the financial model for the GoTogether startup, as well as assessing risks and finding ways to minimize them before entering the market. The service provides users with the opportunity to find a partner for organizing leisure activities through shared attendance at selected events. Before creating the financial model, several studies were conducted: 1. A study of the labor market in the Russian Federation was conducted, which allowed us to calculate and include in the financial model personnel costs. 2. Analysis of data on average market indicators in the studied area made it possible to determine revenue by product. 3. Macroeconomic indicators for the country where we plan to enter the market were studied. 4. The prices of services and equipment necessary for the development and support of startup functionality were analyzed. This allowed us to calculate and reflect them in the financial production cost models in the future. Thanks to the conducted research, we created a profitable financial model for a startup. Next, we analyzed the risks and found ways to minimize them using the Avoid - Transfer - Mitigate - Accept methodology. After studying the risks that affected the viability of the startup and its image among the audience, we assessed them and created an action plan to minimize these risks. As a result, we obtained a working financial model that can generate profits and a plan to minimize risks that will help GoTogether successfully enter the market.
