This work is devoted to the principles and limitations of interaction with healthcare professionals. The relevance of this topic lies in the need to provide the population with high-quality and affordable medical care - both during pandemics and in situations of favorable epidemiological conditions, which directly depends on the effectiveness of interaction with key actors in the field in question - healthcare specialists. The purpose of the work is a full-fledged study of the legal regulation of interaction with healthcare workers with an emphasis on the analysis of the principles of such interaction, including elements of medical ethics, professional responsibility and duties. Attention is also paid to the restrictions imposed by the state in this area. The methodology of this work is based on the following general scientific methods of cognition: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy, modeling and others. After analyzing international legal norms and domestic legislative regulation in this area, we came to the following conclusions. Firstly, international legal regulation gives patients a wide range of rights in their interactions with healthcare professionals. Secondly, Russian legislation is based on the following principles of interaction with healthcare professionals: patient safety, high standard of medical services, respect for the honor and dignity of the patient, ensuring the safety of healthcare workers, worker autonomy and the presence of corporate ethics. Thirdly, the regulation of this area is not without shortcomings, as a result of which it needs to be reformed. In particular, it seems necessary to introduce the concept of “medical risk” as a circumstance excluding the criminality of an act. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters, a conclusion and a bibliography.
