The history of the use of human biomaterials rooted to ancient Egypt. The human body, its parts and fluids have been the objects of various magical actions and rituals for many centuries. The turnover of biomaterials grew and developed along with humanity, going through various stages of its development. In the modern world, human biomaterials have become full-fledged objects of circulation in the medical, pharmaceutical and scientific fields. Today in Russian Federation, many issues regarding legal relations in the field of use of biomaterials do not have legal regulation. In this regard, relations are not homogeneous, subjects cannot fully ensure their rights, freely express your will regarding the use of biomaterials. Master's dissertation examines the history of the development of legal relations on the use of biomaterials, as well as the modern regime for the use of biomaterials and the main legal gaps in the sphere of circulation.
