Develop a business model for the digital product in the coffee market Brief summary of the content of the graduation qualification work: During the research, the composition of MVP was defined and a business model for a digital product was developed to meet the needs of the HoReCa market for coffee pre-ordering. To achieve the set goals and tasks, tools and methods were selected, which are further detailed in methodological recommendations, suitable for a quick and quality solution to the task. The MVP model includes a mobile application for users and a web application for coffee shops. The purpose of launching MVP is to create a basic platform for finding coffee shops and placing pre-orders. Key functions, user stories, and MVP launch plan were identified. Launch risks were analyzed, and a risk management strategy was developed. The product's business model is based on commissions from coffee shop partners for each transaction through the platform. The work serves as a basis for architecture development, product launch, with subsequent refinement and development in accordance with feedback from users and partners.
