The work focuses on the problem of the lack of textual recipes for cooking videos on social networks. The product uses machine learning algorithms to analyze videos and provide users with detailed recipes, taking into account their dietary preferences and restrictions. The goal of the work is to create a concept for a digital product capable of satisfying the unmet needs of customers for quick and convenient access to recipes from video content. The tasks include analyzing the FoodTech market, researching existing artificial intelligence technologies, identifying user needs, creating a prototype of the application and its testing, as well as developing a marketing strategy and evaluating the project’s effectiveness.
